Day Trip: Briscoe Art Museum and Riverwalk
Day trip to the Briscoe Western Art Museum in San Antonio: Thursday, September 18 – we’ll take a drive to San Antonio for a tour of Briscoe Western Art Museum, a river barge cruise and lunch together in downtown. Depart the church parking lot at 9:00; return by about 3:30. Cost is $30 for museum and boat tour. Lunch on our own.
Wednesday Night Live
Wednesday Night Live meals have returned for the Fall.
At our regular WNL we have dinner every week along with opportunities for prayer and worship, studies, fellowship and games. Be sure to register for the meals, and come enjoy Wednesday evenings with your church family.

FUMC celebrates all that happened this Spring and looks forward to a faith-filled Summer!
NEW START DATE: Confirmation for Adults
NEW START DATE: Every year the church offers a confirmation class for our youth to prepare them to become full church members. You may have taken a confirmation class yourself when you were younger. Do you remember what that class covered? Maybe you joined FUMCNB from another denomination and you never took a United Methodist Membership class. Maybe you have questions about the church that you never had an opportunity to ask. This fall the church will be offering an Adult Confirmation class to give you an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about your church. The NEW START DATE FOR THE 9-week class will begin on September 17 at 6:00 p.m. in room 219 at the church and will be facilitated by Pastor Andrew and Don Snyder. It will be based on the United Methodist Credo curriculum. We would love to have you join us as we learn more about our faith traditions. If you would like to join via ZOOM, please contact Don letting him know so that he can send you the invitation. We are looking forward to seeing you either in person or online on September 17.
